Adam is very attentive, professional and is always willing to take on multiple job requests that I have requested. That includes anywhere from new door and window placement to siding, roof and it's great that he will be able to help with the masonry for any of my future needs. Keep up the great work!

Pro Exterior did the siding & shutter work on my house after the August Derecho. They were incredibly responsive, never pushed me into any decision, let me choose color schemes based on what I wanted and not what they have/had in stock or readily available. They worked with me and my insurance to make sure everyone was happy with the cost, materials, etc. They were incredibly fast and were able to install over a month before initially quoted. (Don't consider this a normal activity for any repairs/etc due to product availability). The crew that came to install went above and beyond to ensure I knew what was going on everyday and that I was happy with what was being done. The crew that did the work was timely, professional, and again went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the work they did not only daily but at the end of the job as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone (and I have recommended many times since using them)

I have been working with Pro Exterior Construction since last October and they are a fabulous company to work with.  They go the extra mile when working with difficult insurance companies and ensure that the customer is receiving a fair and honest deal.  Staff are skilled, polite and perform great work.  If it wasn't for this contractor, I would have never got the right repairs done.

Great Customer Service and Accessible!!! Unfortunately, our house was damaged by the Derecho in 2020. From my experience, owner Josh Bass of Pro Exteriors is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly accessible!!!  How many people can claim they get prompt responses from their contractors?  I appreciated the fact I was working directly with the owner and not an employee who might not be invested. There were some "hiccups" along the way but he went way above and beyond to set things right, and never ignoring me in the process. He was also very diligent in getting proof  together for insurance claims and explaining why things need to be adjusted properly. Many insurance companies were low balling. I was so pleased Joss got our roof finished before the cold and snow rolled in. A year later, we sold our house. The buyer had some roof questions. Again, Josh promptly responded and inspected the roof and answered questions. Everything was fine. Customer Satisfaction is hard to come by these days. I'm glad I went with Pro Exteriors.
